Our recent experience with our postal services has left much to be desired.
A packet, meant as a surprise Christmas gift from overseas arrived on the 30th of November 2011 in Potchefstroom.
This was returned to Johannesburg after five days. Thereafter, following numerous phonecalls, a visit to the local postmaster, and approaching a local journalist for help (here we are still awaiting feedback), but to no avail.
Finally a phone call from Johannesburg on 31 January, informing us that the packet dissapeared between Durban and Johannesburg. No explanation compensation or apology.
Service? Indeed not!
